Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. Please follow instructions. So as to get to the registration page you should click at the red link “register” shown left at the top of the homepage. Or go to the “registration” at the main menu.
Registration page represents the empty blanks that must be filled out by a user (host or guest). Click “Guest” button instead of “Host” one. Just fill in the blanks, but make sure you fill it out completely. Do not omit any requested information. When your registration is complete, your registered Guest account should be activated any time by yourself. You activate link which is sent to you email address. After your account activation is complete you can make you bookings through your account page clicking “add” buttons under each photo of any hotel.
Question : Hello, I have booked the room at one of your hotels using your website. I’ve been contacted by the hotel for room availability. I’ve also been asked for the certain amount of down payment for guarantees prior to our arrival. Can I transfer the money to your account? Can I pay by a debit card right to your company?
Answer: Noway, you shouldn’t pay us. You should pay the hotel you have booked. We are not responsible for accuracy of any information our hotels have advertised. We do not sell rooms and we do not collect fee on behalf of hotels. We are not responsible for No Shows; Turn out Guests, for any possible misunderstanding or delays that may arose between a hotel and a client. All guarantees, published information including room prices, photos, services, addresses and bookings belong to hotels.
